TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Servers & Networking
  • Experience with Both Help Desk Support & Data Center Operations
  • Working Knowledge of Internet Protocols
  • Understanding of Network Architectures and Hardware Configurations.
  • Understanding of Security and Firewall Implementations (ipchains/iptables).
  • Understanding of SSL and Encryption.
  • Understanding of Software Configurations & Change Management
  • Familiar with Anti-Virus Implementation
  • Understanding of backup strategies and business continuity concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Setup of servers, firewalls, routers and switches at the data center.
  • Manage Web Servers, Application Servers and DB Servers.
  • Maintenance of servers, firewalls, routers and switches at the data center.
  • Setup of workstations, printers and software at main office.
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Ability to Manage Expectations with both Technical and Business Resources
  • Will be on call (on an emergency basis)
