TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in
Computer Science or related field.
- Expert
knowledge of Windows Servers & Networking
- Experience
with Both Help Desk Support & Data Center Operations
- Working
Knowledge of Internet Protocols
- Understanding
of Network Architectures and Hardware Configurations.
- Understanding
of Security and Firewall Implementations (ipchains/iptables).
- Understanding
of SSL and Encryption.
- Understanding
of Software Configurations & Change Management
- Familiar with
Anti-Virus Implementation
- Understanding
of backup strategies and business continuity concepts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup of
servers, firewalls, routers and switches at the data center.
- Manage Web
Servers, Application Servers and DB Servers.
- Maintenance of
servers, firewalls, routers and switches at the data center.
- Setup of
workstations, printers and software at main office.
- Customer
Service Oriented
- Ability to
Manage Expectations with both Technical and Business Resources
- Will be on
call (on an emergency basis)
